To go in the dark with a light is to know the light. To know the dark, go dark. Go without sight, And find that the dark, too, blooms and sings, And is traveled by dark feet and dark wings. —Wendell Berry

The liminal space is the pause at the threshold. It is the ephemeral light of dawn and dusk. The gap between breaths. The moment of space between our thoughts. It is the blurring of the edges.

Often, liminality feels uncertain, unknown, and unsettling. But, this is where healing often lives - in the pause. It is a place to explore the possibilities, to let the imagination run wild, and to find the next path.

Both bodywork and herbalism support us in this time of inquiry and expansion. Where there is the time, the space, and the support to heal, feel more resourced, and to nurture the seeds of possibility.
